Breakfast was good.

Central location

The staff were friendly and helpfull.

We had a truck with a large trailer that we had difficulties finding parking for. The front desk agent was so helpful he walked outside with us and gave us the okay for parking for the oversized vehicle.

Charged for parking (the only hotel on our trip that did!)

Not too far from airport.

The staff was incompetent. After entering my room, I soon fell asleep only to be awakened by someone opening the door. I had it latched, but they even tried to undo the latch. The desk had sent a second customer - with a card key - to the same room. At checkout the front desk clerk was entirely clueless and could not even provide a receipt for my stay or incidentals. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 am - are you kidding? The surface of the bed was like cardboard. The internet connection was dreadfully slow. The towels felt like sandpaper. All this (and less) for a hotel I paid $190 for one night.

Proximity to the casino

Parking was not included, breakfast was poor at best. Only the waffles were hot.

BREAKFAST POOR QUALITY

Room was clean and comfortable, also very close to the facility where my appointment was. Breakfast was good.

Once again I had trouble checking in. I had a reservation with itinerary number and at first they said that I didn't even have a room but eventually found it. Better than last time when they gave my room away after I drove for 6 hours. Also it is one of the few places that I have to leave a $50 deposit for "incidentals". I know it's hotel policy but it bothers me to leave my C.C. number "in case" I might use something especially in todays age of indentity theft.
