I always have a problem with my credit card I use a Servus debit credit card for my business and it won’t work and I don’t carry any more cards is there something they can do about yhat

Upon check-in only one of the 2 rooms booked could be found (they remedied immediately and got us 2 rooms side by side) more of a communication error from our online booking to the hotel. We were told that we were only allowed 5 wristbands even though we are a family of six. We got 2 rooms with 1 adult and 2 kids in each. Upon my complaint I was given the extra wristband. This is not a dislike, only a suggestion. We stayed at a hotel in Winnipeg and we were given a voucher for complimentary milk and cookies for the kids. It made a huge impression on the children and is a great bonus. I will always go back to that hotel because of their small kind gesture.
