I was happy to see that free toiletries were available since I had forgotten mine! The staff were pleasant and helpful in sending someone up right away when we couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on.
No, it was fine. It is a bit dated but reasonably clean.

Room was very nice, quiet and staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Location is very conveniant.
Bathroom floor had a couple of spots, looked like coffee spills, so housekeeping could have been more thorough. Restaurant was nice but could have a larger selection on the menu.

Nothing extra special about the hotel
The parking situation is a joke. When you stay at a hotel that charges what you people do, you should at least provide parking for guests without having to pay extra for it. We had to drive up a very narrow alley just to get to parking we were charged $12 a night for.

Excellent service at reception on arrival and departure
As English visitors, making tea with water from the coffee machine is not good. Aseparate kettle would be appreciated.

Friendly staff
The bathroom had hair all over sink and counter when i arrived...gross
elevators were extremely slow
