Front desk staff were very helpful with our on line booking that we had to change.
More fresh fruit and sliced tomatoes would be a nice touch with breakfast

Friendly, clean, good breakfast
We were in room 324 and noted both bed mattresses wee showing signs of wear as in sunken in mattress. Will need upgrading in the near future.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.
We left for the airport at 5:00am and found the breakfast open with fruit and muffins available. This was very much appreciated.

Friendly, front-line staff. they answered any questions I had, informed me of the staff appreciation snacks, gave me all information regarding long-term parking. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

We had disabled parking permit, so wanted a room with easy access. We received a room on the main floor, close to the exit. Very accommodating. Also I asked if we could have early check in, as my husband needed to rest and they obliged as well.

I always stay there because of its' location to the airport. However I also stay because the staff are friendly and it's very clean.

The breakfast was awesome!!
The fact that the pool was closed for repairs. This was one main reason we booked there. Our daughter was greatly disappointed.

It is close to the airport so in the morning we didn't have far to go to catch our flight.
I was going to leave my vehicle at the hotel while we were away on our vacation, but all the long term parking was taken, not a big deal, im not sure if this is complementary or not, if there is a charge than it is the same thing as leaving the vehicle at the airport anyhow.
