SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Redding

A great hotel! My kids and Grand kids sure enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub! Seemed to be a very clean place. Loved the fact that is was off a main road. All the Staff were really pleasant.

Like I said a great hotel. The beds were really small. I have never seen a hotel with only double beds. But that is ok. A little more breakfast selection would have made it even better (Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.) But a great place, one that I will certainly visit in the future!

Perfect for our needs.

Air conditioner worked very well in keeping us cool but it was quite noisy... Some type of rattle.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Baymont Inn and Suites in Redding, CA. What a perfect location! Close to everything I wanted to do while enjoying a brief Christmas visit with two of my grandchildren. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our bedroom window. Thank you for allowing me to have my dog with me. Very helpful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They did not charge for the little extra's, like: printing up our boarding passes the day before we flew out of Sacramental, CA ... that was nice. I asked if I could buy a couple of bottles of water and the desk clerk gave me two ... that was nice also! The location was great, close to everywhere we needed to go! I hope to use it again the next time we're in Redding, CA. Lance Raymond

Everything was convenient and comfortable. We are returing for four days at Christmas time. The staff was very nice and the management responsive when our heat failed.

Fair price for room.

The bathtub did not drain well while taking shower and when complained was told there was no maintenance on duty. TV picture needed adjustment, once again no maintenance on duty. Will not stay there again.

That it was not right next to a freeway and was relatively quiet for a motel. Still heard some road noise, but not bad.

I did not like the strong cholorine smell in the room. After checking in and going to our room, we asked to be moved to another room because of the smell. The next room was not bad, until the next day when they cleaned our room. We had to open the window up wide and turn on the fan, even though it was cold outside to get rid of some of the smell. You can have a clean room without using such strong cleaning chemicals. I have never been to a hotel that smelled so bad of chlorine. I would have given you a higher rating for comfort if it weren't for this smell. Proper training of your cleaning crew could alleviate this.

The clerk that assisted us the our first morning after arriving was very friendly and assisted us in staying the same room rather than having to move to another for the rest of stay. She was Great! It is in a great location for us and we enjoyed out stay, Your house keepers were very good also.

I think that you need to update your facility (modernize) it, carpets, paint, etc.

Everyone was pleasant and it was so close to all restaurants and stores if needed

My room didnt have a microwave or refrigerator like the rest of the rooms
