It was ok. The wednesday nite entertainment was outstanding.
Pillow quality could be upgraded. We did leave the dining room after we waited more than 10 minutes and no one waited on us. The staff just walked around us and avoided us. There were only 4 tables being used at the time.

We love quiet reading on the balcony . I love the jacuzzi. The breakfast was great both mornings. Good service and good food. Like the ease of getting in and out of the car- convenient.
We wish the dining room had been open for dinner!!

It was a beautiful hotel, the lobby and bar and dining room were lovely; they upgraded us to a corner room for no additional cost, the staff was great. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Red Lodge.

What's NOT to like? The perfect meld of a "bed and breakfast" and grand downtown motel atmosphere. But I guess the single best thing was the staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the shift manager were very courteous and friendly.
I would only have one suggestion. Presently you have to put a knob hanger on your door if you WANT housekeeping that day. Most good motels have the policy that you hang such a notice if you do NOT want housekeeping.

It is in a great location if you want to have a night out. Close walking distance to everything. Had a nice breakfast. Staff was super nice!! Very accommodating! Very clean.
Room was very small. Hard to regulate the temperature of water in the shower. Either freezing or scalding! If you are one for watching tv it was also small, like watching a laptop from across the room. But hopefully you are out enjoying the town!
