Enjoyed the quick and pleasant service of all staff throughout the hotel. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Would have liked to have had all our meals at the hotel, but now that the restaurant specializes in eastern food with little other options, we had to head out to find food that we would all eat.

Hotel staff was pleasant, good service in restaurant
Carpets needed to shampooed in the room and hallway-spotty,
the room was located close to air conditioning shaft so it was noisy bearings needed to be oiled? If the room was located on different floor the noise may not have been an issue.

We liked the fact that for being an older place it was very spacious in the rooms and the best part it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and will tell others for sure.
The only concern for a family of 5 our basic grilled cheese lunch came up to $85 dollars which we found the menu prices a little too high.

The location is the reason for our stay, as it was within walking distance of the Arena for the Allan Cup.
We very unhappy to find out that after staying two nights, the price went up
for the third night!
