I liked the friendly welcoming we received from Catherine who was working the front desk that day. She was so pleasant and make a very long day of riding a motorcycle not seem so bad. The pool was nice and refreshing also. Also the restaurant recommendations was perfect. All in all a very pleasant stay on our 10 day tour. One of the nicer properties.

Don't be afraid to tell customers to conserve water. A sticker on the mirror in the bathroom could help.
