I came in late from my flight and the night desk person was very helpful with what we needed.
The breakfast room was busy and it was hard to find a place to sit down and eat. I have no problem with that because the hotel was booked up to the max. Some more staff people could have been there in that situation.

The room was clean and well kept. The desk clerks where friendly and made us welcome. The pool was clean as was the lobby and hall ways.
Did not have parking places for all of the guests. After we went out for the evening upon returning every parking space was full. Had to park on the curb/street. This was a busy weekend all 3 colleges had home football games and scoter tournament for girls travel teams.

Shuttle service to airport was great
We had a confirmation for a king room. we got there at 5 pm and were told they had no king available' not sure if I would recommend hotel. disappointed we did not get the king room we were confirmed for

Close to shopping, airport. Parking was free. washrooms clean, small pool, free wifi, HBO
Beds were the worst I ever slept on, concrete is more comfortable, pillows (4) per bed was a nice touch though

Not the best hotel, or the worst, adequate for what we needed, stayed in a Similar one, owned by a different company, a few days later which was far superior

Staff was great. facilities were nice. room was pretty small, but worked for an overnight.
