Very nice room. Everything worked and the Coffee maker was clean.
Only dislike was because of being handicapped it was difficult getting up and down the stairs.

We had reservations for 2 nights @ this hotel but upon arrival we were given a room without a fridge, the rest of our group had fridges & microwaves so we didn't unpack or use the facilities & asked twice for a different room before they accommodated us. We also found they catered to people with dogs which isn't a problem if they're not barking in the early hours.

It was very clean, the location was very nice as it was close to the highway and had the McDonalds close by as well as the Tim Hortons. The staff was very kind to us.
When we got in the hotel we noticed a very large burn hole in the comforter of the blanket and there were burn marks on the tub. We did not like the toilet either, it is need of repair. It would not quite flush sometimes which is not always good when you are on a romantic get away. Did not like having to pay for the internet and $3.00 was alot for a bottle of water. I would not have drank it but it was the middle of the night and I didn't read the note attached to it before hand.

The people at the front desk smoked standing in the open doorway going outside but the lobby really stunk like stale smoke

Everything! My sisters and I have been staying at this hotel for the last few years and we love it! The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would like that not all the rooms have is a small fridge. It is great for the person staying two or more nights as then they have a place to put there leftover meal to eat later. Without it the food is wasted.
