We were initially given a smoking queen room, which we didn't think much of at the time. The night desk clerk, during check-in, stated if this was an issue, she would gladly move us. Once we got to our designated floor, the smoke was as thick as smog. We figured the room would ay least smell clean. However, the room reaked of a stale ashtray and dirty socks. Although we were exhausted from traveling and just wanted to sleep, we couldn't tolerate the stench. We promptly left and requested she move us to a non-smoking room. The move was quick and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciated! Thank you:)
Although available upon request, our room was only equipped with one coffee pack and cup; two would have been appreciated, considering the room was for two adults. Perhaps a petty complaint but it was our only one.

Check in staff, evening staff and breakfast staff all awesome and helpful!!! Morning river view great! If need arises will def book here again!

I didn't like staying in a smoking room, but apparently that was my fault since I booked a smoking room. I don't recall being given the choice at the time I booked it. Other than that, everything was fine. OH, it would also be nice if breakfast was more "gluten free" friendly.

Front desk person's restaurant suggestion was excellent.
Too much snow around for easy access and maneuverability

Well stocked warm breakfast in the morning. Very clean hotel.
