Good friendly staff, Clean hotel
I had to leave the phone off the hook because phone would ring at night at 4:00 in morning and then every 15 min after that. They can not figure it out it is something in the phone system.

I thought for a hotel in Quincy, IL it was a bit pricey.

The staff was very kind to me as I arrived without my purse. They knew about my problem before I got there, because my children had called them. Since my room had been prepaid, there was no question about my stay. They were pleased for me as my purse arrived by Fed EX on Wednesday morning.

I was only there one night but i have stayed there in the past, that should say something about how i like to stay there. think the rates are great though I paid more this time then in the past. I really like your staff, Mike and a young lady that i can't remember her name. They were very professional and friendly.
