Everything about the hotel and its staff were excellent. We had 5 ladies over 60 who totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Your staff was awesome at all times!!

Very large rooms. My son enjoyed the pool area. Close to old Quebec City. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to the old city.
The cleaning of the rooms seemed to happen fairly late in the afternoon. This made checkin late and they were still cleaning after a day of site seeing.

The hotel; is in a great spot. Everyone there is so attentive and quick to answer any questions or help with any issues. Superb!
The only criticism is the clear door that leads from the living room to the bedroom in the family suite. If someone wants to read or watch TV in the living room, the light goes through!

I liked the location. It was very handy. The room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
I found that the toilets were low. As I get older, I like the higher ones. Other than that, everything was great.
