We particularly enjoyed having dinner in Le Ciel - quite an magnificent experience! Wonderful atmosphere, service and cuisine!
Our room was somewhat dated but very clean. We had to request an additional lamp since there was insufficient light - this request was handled promptly!

Excellent location - particularly enjoyed Le Ciel Restaurant on the 28th Floor - food and service and ambiance were superbe!
Our rooms (816 and 818) were rather dated but very clean. I understand that some rooms onthe higher levels had been updated. Room 816 did not have adequate lighting or lamps, however, this was rectified quickly.

Location
It had not been dusted. Our nightstand between the beds was so dusty. It was dusted after our first night though.

We loved everything.
The location is perfect - very near Old Quebec.
The revolving restaurant is a must experience - for both the scenery and the food.
The JaJa restaurant is also great - especially for their breakfast buffet.
The staff are very friendly.
The hotel is very clean.
No, we enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Bonjour Nous avons bien aime notre sejour votre personnel ,, proprete et votre beau sourire etc...
Nous avons deplore le manque de services , et nous comprenons que les tapis dans les chambres etc ont besoin de rafraissichement , les oreillers et les matelas tres mous.
Nous avons ete tres surpris que le stationnement ne soit pas inclus considerant le taux des chambres n y dejeuner , donc si il y a prochaine fois nous nous assurerons que tout soit inclus .
Desoles mais ce fut decevant .

Loved the soft beds and my SPECIAL breakfast in the restaurant atop the hotel Close to the main stream and we were able to walk to our restaurant on the previous evening.
