We have traveled around the world and stayed at many fine hotels. Our visit to the Chateau Frontenac was the best of any we have experienced. The staff on the 14th floor concierge were attentive, extremely helpful and pleasant. Made our stay very relaxing.

I am glad you asked. My wife and I had a terrific time. All staff were excellent--very friendly and helpful and made us feel great--each an every one. The food and drinks were excellent as was room service and the pool. We had to move due to a window that would not latch and cold--but they gave us a fantastic room which more than made up for this. We can't wait to return

Room was very comfortable, staff was terrific, and the concierge lounge was fabulous. We can't wait to come back. BTW..fastest elevator in the world!
