Lobby is very good. Breakfast was very good in the hotel. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Vallee staff was outstanding including Jacque. Very accommodating and provided insightful information.
Your towels in the room need to be improved. Similar to a budget hotel. Did not parallel the rest of your property.

Offsite overnight parking across the street convenient and cheaper than overnight at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Good location.
Our only complaint was the air conditioner. It was very noisy and did not cool the room sufficiently. However, we did not raise this issue with the staff as we did not think it was something that could be readily fixed.

Peaceful! Clean ! Friendly Staff ! Love the floor to ceiling windows !
I truly hope the elevators are fixed soon ! The pool needs to be open during the day during the week!
