We arrived on May 20th and we were supposed to stay 2 nights in your hotel. Location was good as the hotel is not far from the Valencia circuit where I had a race. However the hotel is situed close to the main street and therefore very noisy. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in our room. As a matter of fact it was a problem in the whole hotel. We tried another room on another floor but the problem was identical. The staff at the reception was helpful and cooperative but there was no one from the maintainance available to fix the problem. We decided not to stay in the hotel as it would have been impossible to sleep in such an overheated room. We went to another hotel in Valencia.
