Polite Staff. Friendly and helpful. Had no problems. Checked our luggage when arrived before our room was ready. The same when we left. Thus our second visit to this property and we will return. Request a room with a balcony for the best experiences. Very good location for discovering the central part of Puerto Vallarta.
Because of many children one must become tolerant if the constant babble of young voices.
