Hacen sentir muy bien a los huéspedes, se enfocan mucho en el servicio al cliente
Si. Según yo entendí que por ser miembro me habían dicho que tendría una hora más para desocupar la habitación, es decir que podría desocupar a las 2 y resulta que yo iba llegando al hotel de la calle para solo bajar mis maletas y eran 12.40 y ya no podía ingresar al elevador!!! Mis tarjetas ya estaban desactivadas, ni siquiera era la 1 y ya no las tenía activadas??? Me sentí como si quisieran que ya me fuera
