Main reason for choosing Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel: Facilities

Well first thing was the valet parking. The guy was very polite and accommodating. When I told him that I was going to leave in a few hours he told me he would park my car close by. I had booked a room with two queen beds but as I was alone the desk suggested I might like a king instead. I did! The restaurant was open (Christmas eve) and the staff couldn't have been more gracious! All in all I had a great stay. I would certainly do it again! Thank you again!

We were there for a wedding and stayed overnight. Loved everything, except the function room was hugely loud and lighting was poor and the food was ok (meat overcooked and food not hot). We loved, loved our hotel room; spotless, luxury bed linens, great decor (especially the bathroom - shower head wasn't great - but loved the bathroom), great space and great service. Loved, loved the buffet breakfast - best omelette we ever had. Great hotel overall.
