Comfort Inn Prince Albert

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They called me a cab on a few occasions and were always able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. They were very respectful of the fact that I had my dog in my room and didn't need any cleaning services (I didn't want the cleaning staff to have to clean the room while my dog was in the room), but whenever I needed more shampoo or extra towels they immediately got them for me. The breakfast was a great start to every morning and the woman who took care of the breakfast was so kind and hospitable. I had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The quick check in and check out. Very friendly staff all around. And the quietness all night.

I did NOT like the Check in procedure!!! My Credit card had to be submitted THREE times for Check in. I think it's horrible that I was pre-charged for a "Damage Deposit"" Never had this before at any hotel.. Also pre-swiped for possible incidentals, and never did get any receipt for the room on check-out! Plus a Bottle of water for $2.95 if you used it in the room CHEAP or what. Towels are rough as Burlap bags. Not a pleasant stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast should go until 9:30 and not run out of fruit, yoghurt etc. It seems supplies come in on Tuesdays so Mondays breakfast is very limited. some problem with internet in room, not always available.

Unfortunately our tub had footprints in it but we figured it was the maid trying to keep the shower curtain behind the towel rack. We found the Inn was nice and clean other than that. Perhaps just having the coffee and a few muffins out would be anice touch also as i have neveer been an early riser. Thank you
