I had a problem having left my cell charger at home. Your front desk attendant was most helpful, going out of her way to assist. Much appreciated.
The room is small but comfortable. The food was good. As a vegetarian there could have been more options but still was not bad.
The staff member in the dining room was chewing something when I arrived for dinner to give my room number. Most offputting! Otherwise a great experience, central location. Parking staff polite and helpful. Your staff is your best asset.

My booking was for a double bed on arrival i was offered a twin bed room told housekeeping is gone home so it cant be converted into a double bed.
