Your hotel was very clean and decorated so nice. The plants inside and the grounds outside and all of the extras like piano playing in the morning with they continental breakfast were wonderful. Your general manager Jane went above and beyond her duties I saw her cleaning up the coffee and cookie area just like it as if it was her own home. She was great and helped us to find directions out of town and we would stay at your hotel again when we visit Prescott.

We did enjoy our time there.
The only issue was someone trying to get something out of the vending machine that was stuck at 2 in the morning. They tried to get the stuck item out very hard. Woke us both up, didn't care for that but you all could not really control that.

Very comfortable and light-filled lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, Forest Villas exceeded expectations.
