We enjoyed our room -- all the comforts we could ask for. I am older and disabled, so having a sofa in the room was essential. Very happy with our stay, and the shuttle service to enjoy the downtown area without hassle was really a bonus.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast area was adequate for number of guests and the food was fresh and plentiful and tasted delicious (especially the scrambled eggs). Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was really great to have both a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
As an aging baby-boomer, my eyes are not what they used to be. I thought the light over the sink was completely inadequate for applying make-up. This is a common short-coming in hotel/motels.

This has been our sixth November stay at your hote as there are 4 of us who travel from Nova Scotia to Portsmouth to Christmas shop and we are always delighted with our accomodations and breakfast. Next year if there are 4 I will book a suite as that would be more convenient for 4 girls with two bathrooms and as we have done this before it was an oversite on my part to do it for this trip.

EVERYTHING !!! the room was beautiful and the staff very very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and our friendly hosts. Steven is a sweetheart and a great asset to the front desk. George and James were great also. Breakfast was yummy and enough.
The only thing that I would change would be the breakfast room, I think you all need a larger room, people were waiting in line out in the foyer for a table. other then that everything was great !!
