Main reason for choosing The Westin Portland Harborview: Location
We enjoyed that the hotel still had a historic feel to it. The entryway was beautiful and we loved the bar upstairs. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location to us was perfect-within walking distance of just about any place you would want to go in Portland.

Main reason for choosing The Westin Portland Harborview: Location
The Top of the East Bar!, food, drink and service there was good. The complimentary shuttle bus, happy to take us everywhere we asked. Computer/internet access in the business centre.
There could have been more easy chairs/settees at the Top of the East!. Ice and laundry service only available on a few floors. No information on where to get washing powder or change for the machines. No ramp access for cases and pushchairs into the hotel. No safe in room.
