Clean, spacious room, gracious staff, great location, hat's not to like?
Nope. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but then, I don't need a huge grand lobby or a bunch of chandeliers. I just was a comfortable, clean quiet room, check, with a helpful staff, check, and a great convenient location, Check!

The location is great--walking distance to Pearl District, restaurants and shops. Lovely wine/cheese spread in the evening. Continental breakfast looked fine, but ate out. The staff is awesome. Polite, accommodating and available.
Convenient to park at the curb in front, but have to carry suitcases up three stairs outside and several more inside. A ramp would be helpful with rolling suitcases the norm. It wasn't obvious how a person using a wheel chair would get in, but I have to assume it's somehow possible.

The location is great. staff are friendly. great coffee and breakfast setup.
Parking was a bit of a hassle on not onsite. and unfortunately, the entry to the hotel is such that you have to carry your bags up a series of stairs to get inside and there was no one available to help with this. not good in terms of accessibility.
room was okay but could definitely use some updating.

The location was perfect for our trip. We arrived via Amtrak and wanted to go to Powell's Books and the Saturday Market - all very walkable. We also visited OMSI using the trolley. Everything was so convenient. We loved the cookies, wine and snacks and the breakfast. The espresso machine is awesome.
