Very comfortable. We had several family members there. We were able to gather in the evening and visit.

Staff were outstanding from check-in, service to get evening snack, person who brought new hair dryer to room, and shuttle driver. Living room a bit austere and I like to be able to see the TV when I am at the desk but otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Prompt pickup at the airport, personable shuttle driver, and helpful desk staff.
It wasn't clear to me before I arrived that I had to phone for the shuttle. Fortunately, I had looked up your phone number before I left home.

The helpful staff who are willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home! Where else can you get a to-go breakfast bag when checking out at 0-Dark-Thirtty to catch an early flight? The location is great, too - just two blocks from the Cascades Max Station and right across the street from a major shopping center.

Location, attractive, value.
Major problem was noise. The walls are very thin and I could overhear the person in the next room who was talking on the phone and laughing. The music from the lobby also drifted in. Even though I requested a quiet room, we were put in a room close to the lobby. In addition our wake-up call did not occur (fortunately

Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Furnishings attractive. Pool very nice.
Heating system difficult to maintain comfortable temperature. Fan very noisy when on in middle of night. Need a low setting that is quiet. When off, very stuffy in room.
