The front desk was very helpful - i booked online with a 3rd party and the reservation had not made it to the hotel. They were most helpful finding the phone number to call to confirm the booking and all was well.

It was clean and breakfast was very good.
They had a great omelet idea but with only one pan, we waited 1/2 hour for ours to be cooked. Omelets are a great idea but scrambled would mek it more timely for everyone.

Good recommendation to get something to eat for dinner
I left my iPhone cable in room. Called housekeeping to see if they found it. Left detail message and phone number. Never got a call back. Guess someone has a new phone charger cable. Too bad.

We always stay at pet friendly Hampton Inns during our drives back and forth to Florida. We found this location had excessive hallway noise. Our dogs never bark, but at this location, thay were disturbed several times during the night. Not major, but you should know.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The staff tried to help us out by putting us on the first floor with our dog. The room was excellent! However there was a group event going on in the meeting room next door that lasted until 11:15PM. Could not sleep in our room. However the staff did offer to change our room but we were already unpacked and settled until we realized the noise problem. We were told it would end between 10PM-10:30PM but it did not. The staff gave us a 10 dollar Starbucks card for the problem. That was a kind gesture.

The room was very clean and nice. I loved staying here and didn't feel like I was penalized for having my 10 lb dog (she better than any child). Everything was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best one yet.
