The gentleman at the front desk was delightful! Morning noon and night he was there with a smile on his face. He told me he works a lot of hours. He deserve a raise and a promotion

The night tables in my room were dirty with some sticky stuff on it! Whew!

The rooms were very comfortable as were the beds. Breakfast were extra nice.
The bathroom in first room had a sink stopper problem and I had to be moved as there were no maintenance people on staff. The next room was fine, except the sink would not drain and the staff had to bring a knife to insert in stopped so the basin would hold water. Then the bathtub would not drain, had to have housekeeping drain the next two days.

No hot water, TV service in sitting area fuzzy, flat iron did not heat.

Outdoor pool, pass to Gold Gym, size of room.
We asked for extra towels when we booked the room. Never had more than two bath towels.
