Updated and clean rooms.
Our only complaint was the air conditioner was not cool enough at night and I had it set at 69. My wife and I both sweated all night. Other than that the room and complex was great.

Best deal on the Island,Why pay more? Located very close to the Fishing Docks,that is what I go for. Clean,quiet .good AC.,Fridge and micro wave...nice bath room. Great desk staff..4:30 Breakfast. Left my fishing gear in room,they had it and are sending it to me,great service. This is my third stay this year

Very clean and fairly updated, non smoking rooms
Cigarette bins in on the sidewalks needed to be emptied and enclosed-looks nasty

My daughter and grandson took me fishing.
The refrigerator did not run. We had to keep our cold stuff in our icebox.

I have stayed many times and the proximity to the fishing in the area is the best. Shopping and eating are also very close.

Shower was nice.
The toilet paper holder was broken,ice machine broke,snack machine empty,coke machine drinks hot, dog walk full of stickers.Room could use some painting,squeaky beds.

This place is getting a bad rap by many of the other commentators. The room was very clean and welcoming. It's close to many of the Island's hot spots and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location.
Overpriced. Ashtray smelling moldy room, needs an intervention. But since location is good won't happen.
