We loved having laundry facilities since we we were there several days. The location was perfect since we had business at the Air Force Museum.

The hot tub and pool and staff was very nice.
It wasn't the usual quality of a Best Western. We stayed at two different Best Western's in 2011 and they were much better.

I love the location and use this facility several times a year.
I know the place is under renovation, but my room really was a disappointment this time. Baseboard carpet was untacked, curtains coming off the rods, shower curtain off hooks, microwave was frighteningly loud and rattling, stains in the toilet bowl. And the water in this location is awful!!! If nothing can be done about that it sure would be nice if some decent bottled water was made available without charge -- just for drinking and to make coffee in the rooms.

It was convenient to the expressway and downtown Savannah.
It was a little outdated but the rooms were spacious. The pool was also closed which was the whole reason we booked there.
