Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
They put us in a handicapped room with one King bed. We were supposed to have a regular room with 2 queen beds, as we were traveling with our son. We all had to sleep in one bed, which was uncomfortable. The shower was also awkward with the handicap setup.

We loved staying at the Hampton! We chose to stay here because of the breakfats, swimming pool, and exercise room. We were visiting Pocatello due to a funeral and I needed a motel that would accomodate my five children. They were great! They even provided a roll-away bed for one of my children. The chocolate chip cookies when we arrived were a real winner too!

Nice and clean, spacious room allowed us to be more comfortable with 3 kids. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well. It was a very nice place to stay.

Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows much better quality than I expected. Nice full pillows.
I paid extra for the suite and the room was good size and comfortable with a sofa and a big flat screen TV.
The front staff was very good.
I would not go as far as "did not like", but I would like to see more than one bar of soap in the room. One for the bathroom and one for the shower.
The hotel had a large flat screen TV, but, half the channels had poor reception and the other half had good reception. They need to fix this problem with the reception.
The shower took a long time to drain as water filled up the tub.

Just passing through.
The guests who slammed their doors frequently and for a long while, if someone could invent a door that would close itself quickly AND silently it would be a wonderful thing to install in hotels!.

Genuinely friendly, courteous, and very helpful desk personnel.
I know businesses must keep costs down in every possible way, so this may not be possible, but better quality toilet paper and facial tissue would be greatly appreciated and more in keeping with all the other quality features.
