It was clean and accessible to the mall and other eating places. It was easier to find. Had just left a convention in another part of Pennsylvania and I would have preferred to be at your hotel.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schoon en nette kamer met prima bed. Lekker zwembad.
Geen trap gezien, onhandig toen een lift bleef hangen. Ligt aan filegevoelige weg naar Philadelphia.

Breakfast was great! Staff were great as well I would like to commend the ladies at the front desk one by the name of Chelsea and the other that checked me in when I first got there but I don't remember her name, they were very pleasant and respectable can't find that many good customer service now a days and also the lady that seats people in the breakfast area she was the very best, my girls and I appreciated her service. Keep up the great work you guys are doing at the double tree it's much appreciated and we'll be back ☺️

I enjoyed the staff's friendliness.
I did not like hearing about the closing of the jacuzzi, I really was looking forward to relaxing in the comfort of the vibrating water.
