We saw bugs on the wall and the remote did not work on the TV. Had to take it to the office for new batteries. Bed was also very uncomfortable.

That we were so close to where we needed to be and that the room was available on a race weekend.
The bartender/waitress was very nice and patient with all patrons.
Nice grounds outside the room. would have like to see it in the summertime.
Found out the second night that it was a sleep number bed....but it did not work. Flush bulb ($1.99 part)in the toilet tank was about 15yrs old and had to be reset each time. Shower was dripping, but it did not keep us up.
Not many channels on the tv, and no movies.

The staff was friendly and very understanding of my needs at the time of my stay.
Yes, I was told that I was going to be staying in a room with a bacony. But the room wasn't at all what I wanted and the room was cold. But the clerk was very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Large, clean room
My shampoo, soap were not replaced, and my coffee pot wasn't cleaned. the restaurant did not offer dessert and the public areas, e.g. the lobby and restaurant areas did not appear to be vacuumed on either day I stayed. The television had awful reception, and the wifi kept failing.

Shuttle service to the airport and on site parking. Facility was very secure and staff very friendly.
We ate at the restaurant and they need a new cook.

Close proximity to the airport. easy to locate off the I29.
The room was missing a couple things; a "do not disturb" sign for the door, and had no book or pamphlet about the hotel in the room.

It was five minutes from the drop off point for the Rental Car. Close to the highway, but not very noisey.
The front desk clerk (tatooed arms/wrists, short brown hair) was not nice. She was not helpful. I had to call a Manager over to help us with the computer since there was NO INK in the printers and no spare cartridges so printing out my boarding pass took 55 minutes! Computer connection slow as sludge. Elevator was slow and scarey..

The park and fly was wonderful. Quick and friendly services of both drivers. The one that took us to the airport and the person that picked us up.
Our only complaint was that breakfast was suppose to begin at 6:00. We had planned on grabbing a bite before heading out at 6:20. At 6:20 they still had not opened the breakfast. That said, we will use this hotel again.
