I like the use of the side doors right where I park. I dont need to be using the lobby all the time especially when I do my shopping.Having coffee/tea available 24/7 is a wonderful service

Front desk staff, Kay was awesome. Excellent service.
Maid service was too late on Friday. Had a procedure at Cleveland clinic and got back after 1pm and room was not cleaned so we had to decline the late afternoon maid service.

We only stayed overnight, so really didn't need too much, other than a clean room, clean sheets, clean towels & a working AC. We had all of the above and the price was certainly acceptable.
Because of my husband's health issues, I thought I might have to cancel...and that's when I noticed that it was non-refundable. Fortunately, we were able to make the trip, so it was a mute point.

The printer in the business area was not working and I needed to print out my boarding passes. They let me into the office that had a working printer so I could do it.
The waters n the ice machine were very small.

Very expensive telephone calls, and, in my room, 328, the lights of the night table were't working.
