Great location and ambiance. Lobby bar was just so-so. Too brightly lit and barman sort of indifferent. Alton at check in (and out) was awesome.

Staff was informed that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. They furnished a small cake on two nights at no cost. This was a nice gesture we appreciated.
The smoke alarm battery died and the alarm went into the chirp mode at 2AM. Woke me up. Too early to call maintenance.

Beautiful hotel in prime location to many activities. We're there for a wedding which was held there. Convienent to be able to drink and not drive.
Did not like paying $36.00 a night for valet parking. Never moved the car and still felt the need to tip at drop off and pick up.

The reception desk staff and valet staff were very polite and professional. The elevators were extremely fast.
Was hoping for a room with a view of the city considering the high cost.

The ambiance, the convenience and the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Lighting. It was difficult to use the coffee machine because there were no lights in that corner. Also telephone at the nightstand did not light up when calls came in. I had to get out of bed and go to the desk.
