We mistakenly viewed the wrong room layout for a Queen Suite on the internet.

The proximity to PNC Park. The subway access across the street. We back in our room in less than 1/2 hour after the fireworks.

Fresh cookies, on site parking, and the hotel shuttle were all fantastic.
The on site restaurant was unfriendly, too expensive, and not tasty.

The friendly reception of staff and their help about how to get to Pirates games. The special help we received from the shuttle drivers Joe and Loucif; my husband had a stroke and if not able to walk fast; his right arm is weak and the drivers were very helpful to him when getting on and off the shuttle. They were our favorite people.
We had quests on the day of check out and decided to have lunch in the dining room. Apparently the staff was not used to having people eat in the dining room except guests who were eating breakfast. The food was ok but the service was not.

The staff was absolutely incredible! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were fantastic. We got to experience downtown when otherwise we would have missed a wonderful experience.
It would have been nice to have the opportunity to park and get carts on our own rather than using your staff. Though the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had a great view of the city .
I really didn't appreciate the hidden parking fee of 20$ a day .
