They ran out of shower caps

The ice machine and air conditioner worked well; the breakfast was very good, a good selection, even the different drink options! - This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, I come every year, and will be there again next year!!

Could of used more fresh fruit, and 'real' butter instead of only poisonous margarine!! Do you know margarine is only one chemical away from being plastic??!!!

Breakfast was lovely, staff compassionate and helpful, facility clean and well-appointed

Cleanliness & quality service

I was greeted very warmly at the end of a long day. This hotel felt like coming home. It felt safe and as a female traveling alone, this was important to me. Everything was clean and pleasing. The room I stayed in was spotless too and a picture of comfort. I liked that coffee was even available at 9:00 PM. After dropping my bag off in the room I returned to the lobby for some decafe coffee. It was easy to get a good nights sleep at this Hampton Inn. I had to depart early in the morning the next day and was again greeted warmly by the front desk staff. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, but I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay at this hotel again.

It was very clean. I like the fact that they wash the comforter covers after every guest. In fact, that's what made me decide to pick Hampton Inn over other hotels that were even closer to the venue where we attended a concert. The staff was unbelievably friendly, day or night. And Jack in the box is in the same parking area, so you don't have to drive after you have been drinking.

Nothing that I didn't like. My husband would have liked to take our dog, but I was happy that they don't allow animals!

It was convenient to Highway 4. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was very good. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and pleasant. We will stay with you again.
