I loved the beds -- and that's a rave, coming from a Tempurpedic sleeper. Loved the kitchen and room safe! What plusses!! Do check if room 603 has bedbugs. I am quite familiar with them, and have a tell-tale bite on my bed-facing elbow area. Hey, it'll be our little secret -- but no doubt that's what it is. I know their characteristic bites well, unfortunately. Tear the bed apart and look on any wooden joints and behind baseboards and wall paper. Otherwise, pat yourself on the back for hiring Seamus -- whatta doll! Would have loved to stay in the even-numbered rooms with a view, but I will know for next time. That was "brilliant," appealing to the flower show people with a special rate, and eventhough we did not get it in time, we heard of you from someone who did, and that's how word spreads! The British pub downstairs would have been appealing, but let them know their music (at least for dining) was unacceptably loud. Another perk to convention goers, especially since yours is NOT one of the "closer" hotels -- is s choice of discounted parking or free breakfast. We parked in LAX 2 blocks away and saved $8 a day.

See above. The maid gave us 2 conditioners, instead of a conditioner and a hand lotion, so I "conditioned" my hair with hand lotion, as I did not read the label in the shower. All towels were gathered up, and no new for second night. More came with just a phone call, though. All lights left on in the room, as though she had meant to come back.
