They had a complimentary hot breakfast that served pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, and sausage from 6:30 - 9:30 am. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I think that the place is conveniently placed near Market Street. I was able to go down to the station to where I needed to go and the International Market is on that street as well.
The only thing that would have been uncomfortable was the view from the window is directly at the highway. It didn't bother me, but I know that it would bother some people.

Un petit déejeuner très bon et très copieux ; de quoi tenir une journée si besoin.
Des lits king size top confort et 4 oreillers par lits.
La proximité du vieux Philly, qqmn à pied et de la station de métro également (<10 mn à pied)
La localisation en bord de rivière.

Rooms were not vacuumed; most were missing various things -- pillowcases, toilet paper, tissues, etc.. Staff messed up room assignments for our party (we had 6 rooms) and had one group wandering around the hotel at 1 a.m. trying to find them a room, and woke up another member of our party at 1 a.m. because they had not accurately recorded what room they had been assigned to. Really awful

On demand movies did not work. Wifi did not work. Parking was expensive and not included..
Was lied to by staff at front desk about time wifi and movies would be working during my stay. Never did they get those services restored.

Shuttle service was convenient
Exercise room was shut down with NO notification prior that it would not be available.

We liked how close it was to the historic area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
The traffic noise was VERY loud but I don't think there is much that can be done about that because of the hotel's location on the interstate.

Arrived early and the room was ready so was able to rest a bit before attending my event.
