Clean rooms and good location for my needs.
Only one elevator worked. Parking was not available for all cars. Parking lot was filled.

The free use of the business center computers for checking in for our flight and printing boarding passes was very convenient. The prompt shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport is also appreciated. The desk attendant also promptly arranged a back-up shuttle when too many hotel guests showed up for the early morning shuttles.
The front desk attendant who checked us in was not at all friendly and seemed to be indifferent as to our needs. After that, all other hotel employees(from desk clerks to the dining room attendant) were extremely helpful and friendly.

The service I received was awesome, from the checkin to the checkout. The shuttle personal to and from airport were awesome also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know staying in the area.
