The rooms were perfect, with comfortable seating in the "living room"
Because the doorman also drove the airport shuttle bus, he was sometimes not available to help with bags. Not his fault.

The close proximity to the airport, the cocktail hour were two "best things",but the very best was the ongoing shuttle service from the airport to the hotel late Thursday night when arriving from Dallas to pick up our car. The plane left 1.5 hours late, arrived late in the rain, so it was wonderful to see your shuttle after only a 5 minute wait. J Bowers

The staff and the facility were fine.
