You need to look into your elevators. I was the first person getting on when the door starts closing. Unfortunately it hit my arm and I have had a bump and black and blue from elbow to wrist.(still a week later.) Did not look nice at my Granddaughters wedding. It was reported to a Thomas Weis, Safety & Security Manager.

I want to say that the atmosphere you provided my family and I during our stay at the Doubletree Hotel was magnificent. From the location to the events held outside of the hotel to the room overlooking the center of the city. This was my second stay at your hotel and if given the opportunity I will stay there in the near future.. 10 thumbs up!
