I like the location and price for the room
On another note, I had stayed at this same hotel in March and I was NOT happy because I rented the Jacuzzi room and they didn't have hot water for the Jacuzzi (Had to heat water in the microwave) and the handles to open the water on the Jacuzzi was leaking

The price/value for the stay.
Poor service. I reserved a non-smoking room w/ 2 beds for myself & 3 children and we received a smoking room because the hotel was over-booked. I was told that there were no refundS, so I was stuck w/ the room as a customer. It was evident that the staff did not care.

The staff were not friendly, not once did I receive a hello or goodbye. My room had a unfinished patch on the ceiling and the A/C was very loud... Other than that it was okay. If I was asked " if I would stay at another knight Inn" I would have to say no.
