In town, close to everything,
Price, Price, Price, Pool closed when we wanted to use it, spa not hot enough, pool a little cold, no towels in pool area or basket to throw the used ones away. parking lot to small, not enough parking,

The hotel is very clean, the location is convenient and the view is beautiful.
We were in Room 105 and it was anything but quiet. The noise from the washing machine was extremely loud as was the noise from the elevator on the other side of the wall. When I inquired about the noise at the front desk, the young lady working said they could shut the washing machine down, but she also let me know that it would put them behind. The employee I spoke to in the morning when checking out was much nicer and because of the way she handled the situation, we would stay here again.

I was able to get a late check out. The desk clerk was very nice. Everything was very clean.
When I checked in I asked for a room with a balcony, I was told all the rooms come with balconys. Our room however did not have a balcony and we had a view of the parking lot instead of the rolling hills and trees in the rear of the hotel. I will stay here again but, I will definately be very clear on the type of room I would like.

We especially like the sauna, pool and hot tub.
The breakfast was not very good, the "eggs" were terrible, and cold too. The sausage was not kept hot either. The bathtub is downright dangerous (slippery).

The staff was great and very helpful. The staff was wonderful and very caring and helpful in helping me. I would not hesitate to stay at Holiday Inn in Petoskey again. Thank-you to all.

Breakfast bar and tables on the balcony--nice summer morning to be outside.
Would have preferred the east side of the hotel-- non street side.
