This was my second time staying there! My first time was six weeks ago after losing my mom! We stayed there for the wake and funeral in Perth! This time I stayed alone because it was my birthday on the 22nd and it was going to be my first birthday without my mom! I wanted to be alone and have some time to reflect upon my my mom and my life! I booked myself into the hotel for the night before my birthday and was given a beautifull room on the first floor overlooking the park! I also booked myself into the spa the following morning of the 22nd for my birthday! The staff in the hotel and spa are top notch and are an asset to the Best Western name! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant and comparable to any classy hotel in a huge city! I have been telling everyone I know that they should go check it out and enjoy at least a nights stay there to experience it for themselves!

The size of the room, and appointments were excellent. The Keurig was a nice touch. The comp breakfast was super. Staff very friendly.

Super helpful staff. After checkout I had a 1 hour wait for my pick-up. Not only did the staff person allow me to drop my luggage behind the reception desk while I went for a stroll, she insisted on hauling from the lobby to its resting place.

All of the above. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. My room was clean and comfortable. Also quiet. A couple of lamps did not work, though! Otherwise everything was fine. I have been fortunate to be assigned a large suite on the last three occasions I stayed at the hotel. I am very grateful for that.
