NEW AND MODERN.
1. SOME OF THE STAFF WAS NOT KNOWLEDGABLE AND UNHELPFUL.
2. NO PARKING. HOTEL HAD PARKING ARRANGEMENT WITH AN INDEPENDENT UNDERGROUND PARKING FACILITY NEXT DOOR WITH NON FUNCTIONING ELEVATORS...NECESSITATING OUR FAMILY TO DRAG HEAVY LUGGAGE 2 FLIGHTS OF EXIT RAMPS TO THE HOTEL.
3. HOTEL HAD NO LOADING AREA FOR VECHILES...SO ONCE AGAIN WE HAD TO DRAG OUR LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY BACK IN TO THE PARKING FACILITY. A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
