Main reason for choosing ibis Périgueux Centre: Location
We have used the hotel previously and had a pleasant stay.
The hotel was undergoing major refurbishment work which we were not notified of prior to our stay. There were no ladies facilities in public areas, the bar and lounge area were also not available and the restaurant was dusty and unpleasant to eat in. Access to the hotel was difficult; climbing uneven steps and across wet boards whilst carrying cases. The whole of the hotel smelt of building dust and whilst in our rooms we were unable to open windows due to the scaffolding erected immediately outside. Overall a disappoiting stay - especially considering we were not notified of any of the works being undertaken prior to our arrival.

Old Town and the many good restaurants offers. Church.
Opposite the hotel website homepage still looks like 15 years ago. Might be time obsolete. Facade / entrance
