The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
We reserved a double queen room. We checked in that evening and were given a room with 2 full size beds. This was not what we had reserved and it was very uncomfortable for my husband who is over 6 ft tall. I would stay here again but would be more careful about how we book the reservation.

2 free bottled waters.
No hair dryer in bathroom. Parking ramp was scary ... low ceilings. The front circle enterance for vehicles was not big enough or wide enough to make it easy to temp park and go and ck in.

Location convenient to downtown. Friendly front desk staff.
The elevator situation was a problem.Two elevators for a very booked hotel with conferences. One guest on the 9th floor waited 39 minutes for an elevator. Also, clean towels were being folded on the carpeted hall floor...not very sanitary.

Bed was clean and comfortable.
I ordered breakfast for in-room dining and it did not arrive until about 45 minutes later and I did not have time to eat it. Benigan's said they would reverse the charges on my credit card. We will see if that happens.
