Very friendly staff,ease of check-in and check-out,walkways to civic center.
Our room still had trash in container under desk.

The beds were especially comfortable. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The location was withing walking distance of the event we were attending.

Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff; the comfortable lounge; the excellent breakfasts; the cozy bar, although I am not a famous drinker.
No pool, hot tub or sauna.

The rooms were great - location was fantastic
The staff was not so nice. I stood in line to be waited on and when I was the next in line the staff walked away as if not wanting to help me and came back only to assist someone else.
